Our team goes to work on researching our vast inventory of travel options and narrows them down to a shortlist of holiday inventories for you to choose from. If you have any specific requirements or special needs we will investigate further to see how these can be properly accommodated. All this information is presented in a personal brochure to help you fine tune your holiday plan and budget and to share it with friends and family.
3. Book…
After you have confirmed that you wish to proceed we will request payment of a deposit upon booking and the balance several weeks before departure. We start preparation of your travel organiser pack including tickets, information regarding any recommended vaccinations, passport and visa requirements, a travel checklist together with a destination guide and other relevant information.
4. Pack…
Our detailed holiday organiser will help you with preparation for your holiday. We will also send you further information about your journey to the airport including, where relevant, pick up time, parking arrangements, check-in times and airport lounge details. We will monitor flight departures and/or sailings and will let you know as soon as we hear about any possible delays.
5. Enjoy…
Start your holiday trip in the knowledge that we are only a phone call or text message away in case you need any help or information. Take your holiday organiser with you, or access a copy on your smartphone. Once you have arrived at your holiday destination and wish to book any additional trips or visits to attractions, let us know and we will assist and even make advance bookings where possible.
